I wasn’t nearly as productive this summer as I had planned to be, for a variety of reasons including travel, weather and… well, no excuses damnit. Needless to say, my plan of getting in three underwater glamour shoots was pared down signifcantly. But what a shoot it ended up being.
The best image from the session is without question this one of Kayla, nude with red-chiffon, against a black background. These are the style of images that I have been inspired to create, from my love of classic pin-up photography, merged with my homage to Howard Schatz’ underwater work.
I’ve several more images from the session to post, including work with Laura & Kate (who was also my make-up artist on the shoot).
A few more of these, and I’ll have enough for Contact, or possibly even a more focused show.
